Restoration of a run down cottage dating back to the 1910s. Create a place for relaxation that allows for entertaining. Keeping as much of the old charm as possible whilst adding features that enable a modern lifestyle i.e. dishwasher, laundry, floor heating, tub, fully insulated etc.
